| One day before leaving to Macau for Sports Ministry!! Leaving from LAX at 11:45 P.M and should be arriving on August 2nd in the afternoon. The flight will be long, but I am not scared of airplanes since I moved from the east coast to the west. Pray that I won't get sick. I feel a little under the weather, but taking some Nyquil to stop it. Need to pack up soon. Thank you to those who are supporting me. We will keep updating through email. Sorry to those I couldn't say goodbye at church and are not at church. I pray God will make me a testimony to the people in Macau!!
Crazy day for sports first Boston Celtics got Kevin Garnett (The Big Ticket). Playoff contender right a way, maybe even a Finals contender?? It would bring NBA back in the spotlight maybe because the San Antonio is not a big market. Boston is a huge sports town, but they will never be like the old Celtics. Also the NFL has lost the great head coach, Bill Walsh. He died from leukemia cancer. The creator of the West Coast offense. Coached three big name Hall of Famer's on the 49ers. Jerry Rice, Steve Young, and Mr. Clutch himself Joe Montana. The 49ers will be the NFC West Division Champs. They are that good now.

| NBA Playoffs are 28 games. A first round, semifinal, conference final,
then FINALLY the NBA Finals. That is too long. The MLB has Division,
League Final and World Series. That is shorter and more competitive.
The reason why there are more upsets in the MLB because they are
playing better teams. The NBA has 32 teams and the MLB has 30 Teams. 16
teams are in the playoffs compared to the MLB is only 8. The ratio is
50% of teams are in the playoffs compared to MLB is only 30.75%. Only
the best should be in the playoffs to have the opportunity to play in
the playoffs. It is a joke to have 50% of teams in the NBA to have a
chance for the title for more TV time. Playoffs is something you should
earn. A less of a chance brings more competitive competition in a
regular to earn a sport. It is less than a 50% in the MLB then the NBA.
The NBA is telling teams you only have to be better than 50% of teams.
The MLB is telling you to be better over 70% of teams. The MLB is more
watched during the regular season because the limited playoff space.
The NBA is not watched as much. The MLB is number 2 in the nation of
watched. While the NBA is number 3. You can check that on this link and
I have wrote and essay on why NFL and MLB are ranked one and two
respectly. I think my argument is understandable and should be
considered to the NBA. It would bring more fans to watch the NBA. It
would be a better Playoff system and reseeding shouldn't be needed
because it is so tough already because of limited space. Please comment
to see how you would think of having less playoff spots in the playoffs. | | |
| It's been a pretty rough week, but I have gutted it through. I got a sore throat on Sunday and the next morning I had a bad cough and it was really bad on Wednesday. I got it done. Now I just have Finals to worry about. Schedule isn't very favorable. Two finals on Monday and Thursday. One on Wednesday. A little odd this quarter, but thats how it is when you take five classes. I really wouldn't have made it through without God's strength. Really I couldn't have done it without his will. So I am thankful for that. Sometimes I think when I go through Xanga's. I see so many people I haven't been in contact in a long time. It seems so hard and I think I have numbers in my yearbook I haven't called yet. I feel bad and I miss a lot of people and there are so many people I know that sometimes I don't remember names. It really hard to find the balance of meeting new friends and keeping old friends. Well I need to sleep now before I stay up too late and not wake up for meeting later in the morning at 9.
